I tried contacting IPS at info@palms.org but that is now an invalid address.  I tried from multiple accounts with the same result.  How can I reach IPS?

info@palms.org has been our address for a very long time. I just asked and the management company is getting mail there. Do you have an error code? Did it bounce? Did you manually enter the address or click on a link?

I did Wednesday morning.  Post was not rejected like the others, but I have not heard back yet.  Is that address actively monitored?  Or maybe the address is still having issues receiving mail.  Any recommendations to confirm?

I see the one location noted above was corrected.  But info@palms.org is referenced through out the palms.org pages, for example (https://palms.org/about/advertise-with-us/).  Someone may want to search/replace all the palm.org web pages.  That address was also used in the biennial announcement for additional information.  info@palms.org was a working address not long ago and messages sent there are no longer rejected.

This is what I just received from Ari (she is with Stansfeld - the third party that handles all this stuff for the IPS).

“Info@palms.org got rerouted to a zoho account that I never set up but must have automatically been set up when I created the account to host the emails. 

I have about 10 missed emails from members sitting in this account. I will set aside some time tomorrow morning to reply to these members.”

so if someone emailed the info address, your email was received if there was no bounce back.
