This is one of the palms I saved from my dad’s old house.   As mentioned in another thread, I think it is Archontophoenix, but I had many palms, so it could be something like Chambeyronia I suppose.  It is really tough to tell with it in its current condition. The palm is now receiving ample fertilizer and water and has ideal summer growing conditions.  Can palms like this with severe chronic pencil-pointing recover?   I am thinking that, given enough time and care, it will start to grow no
