I planted one in 94 and its nearly 7' tall.

Roughly when will it flower?

I appreciate that will depend on many factors. It is in a warm, sunny position.

I have certainly seen a few in flower at 10' and once in Spain at only 8' or so.

Any opinions or is that an impsosible question?

Many thanks for your help guys.

my largest is approaching 9', no flowers.  It has a trunk that is also nearing 2' in diameter, with 2' of clear trunk.  It is in full sun(~10 hours a day) most of the day.

Formerly in Gilbert AZ, zone 9a/9b. Now in Palmetto, Florida Zone 9b/10a??
