New Summer palms

Hi everyone, attached are some palms I have recently been caring for: 

Licuala Grandis (I'm planning to repot in light, faster draining soil)

Raphis Excelsa - Variegated with some new pups at its base

Howea Forsteriana

Areca Catechu 

Cyrtostachys Renda

Howea Forsteriana and variegated Raphis Excelsa again.

Seedling is Adonidia Merrillii grown from seed collected in Costa Rica.

Today I detected a very colorful "sucker" in the pot of my Rhapis laosensis which did not look like the other suckers ……  And when I pulled it out there was a big fruit attached to it: A squirrel had hijacked my palm pot for its own purposes!
