I think Adonidia merrilli is a good species for this use. (if it is really Adonidia)
Same in Florida or California?

Is this near the Indian district or near the Arab street quarter? I miss Singapore...they certainly appreciate their palms.

I was close to China Town, near Duxton road. I certainly appreciated the city and the palms, have you been in Gardens By the Bay?

I did not go to Gardens by the Bay...I didn't have enough time to visit all the sites....maybe next time. Having said that...in the same vicinity...Malaysia has some spectacular locals for Palm and tropical plant enthusiasts including tropical fruit farms on Penang island. A must see.
