Saturday, Fiery Saturday

Howdyall:

I wasn't online yesterday, because it was SO hot, too hot to set up my new 'puter.  Nothing to do but sit and drink poison under the manana tree.

According to the reports, it was 119 F (50C?) in Woodland Hills, 116 F in Burbank, and somewhere around 110 F at my dive.  It was 108 F in San Clemente, which is right on the ocean.

HOT HOT HOT!  As that great sage, Buster Poindexter would have said.

So, anyone have data for your dives?

The PALMS are loving it!

Tell us!

I was surprised by my palms loving over 40°C/104°F in my polytunnel, but I'm even more surprised by them loving those kinds of temperatures.  I appreciate heat tolerance would be species specific, but I'm sure many people have said that most palms don't like those kinds of temperatures.
