Hi all, I went to my wife's company picnic today and had to find something to entertain myself so I took some pictures. Not a large variety of palms, really just one species, but at least there are some of the trunking variety of this palm - yeh, I forgot its scientific name, but they are common and native. Blue on the east coast I believe.  Anyway, enjoy!

Your right, they are all of the green form too. I also love the spanish moss. Not much else going on there though.

wow some of those are pretty tall! You never see them growing like that up in Gainesville

I'm always up for learning new things!

Serenoa repens is hard to come by in my area.  I can only think of three places I have seen it planted on the island.  I finally found a nursery that carries it, but its $50 for a 3 gallon specimen!!!!!

Great photos.  Serenoa repens under Live Oaks and pines is a classic Florida look.

No one cares about your current yard temperature 🙃
