cool pics!i see what looks like ocotillo(sp?)in the background.where exactly were these taken?

my parents were in a 4wd club when i was a kid so i've been to most of the desert springs in socal.

the "prince of snarkness."

 

still "warning-free."

Paul - Thanks. These palms are at a golf course in palm desert. They're actually in a round-about in the entrance. I photographed it because they are "preserved" so to speak.  The golf course used to trim them, but no longer do so at the direction of environmental advisors.
