_Keith
OK, is it just me or does "Thabit" sound like a character from Lord of the Rings? In my post I sometimes express "my" opinion. Warning, it may differ from "your" opinion. If so, please do not feel insulted, just state your own if you wish. doranakandawatta
Keith, Thabit Suby is a IPS member, palm-addict since long time. (http://www.palmtalk.org/forum/index.php?/user/3992-tsuby/) Thabit and his family are wonderful, his wife is the singer Dalreen Suby. Thabit gave me my first rare palms more than 10 years ago and his garden in Piliyandala would be the first place to visit for palm-addict fellows landing in Sri Lanka. Axel, it is a Rhapis... Sorry if my pictures are not so good. It may be a japanese cultivar....I don't know. Philippe Jungle Paradise in Sri Lanka
