Oenocarpus? Seje lapa

Muy buenas tardes, estoy iniciandome en éste forum, soy Cesar Diaz de venezuela y entusiasta por las palmas hace más de veinte años,

Encontré en Camani amazonas Venezolana, cerca del rio Ventuari una palma que los locales llaman Seje LAPA, llaman seje a las palmas del Genero Oenocarpus, y extraen de sus semillas aceite con fines alimenticios y medicinales igual que de los otros Sejes, pero éste en particular no hace corona, y su tronco tiene fibras reticulares persistentes iguales a los que desarrolla la Arenga pinnata, realmente he buscado en todos mis libros y le he preguntado a mis amigos versados en palmas, pero nada.....

Alguien podría identificar ésta palma seje LAPA?

Solo puedo decirte que en Venezuela se llama seje grande, seje lapa a Oenocarpus bataua Mart

seje grande, seje lapa.

Árbol; bosque siempreverde de tierras bajas y montano; 50-500 m snm. Río Sipapo: Laguna Bagre del Río Sipapo; margen derecha del río Sipapo a 4-6 km arriba de la boca del Río Guayapo, según Stauffer (2000). Exsiccata: M. Melnyk 142 (VEN).

Distribución geográfica: ampliamente distribuida en los estados Amazonas, Bolívar, Delta Amacuro; Miranda, Mérida, Monagas, Zulia; Panamá, Colombia, Trinidad, Guyana, Guayana Francesa, Surinam, Ecuador, Perú, Brasil y Bolivia.

La imagen que colocas no permite apreciar mucho de los aspectos de la palma como para identificarla. pero me da la impresion de ser Oenocarpus sp

Espero te de alguna pista esta informacion

Reconosco esa palmera.. Aqui en Bolivia se llama "Majo" y se toma el jugo de sus pepas con agua y azucar. Es muy rico y refrescante. El plantin germina dentro de unos 4-5 semanas y crece rapido si recibe suficiente agua.. Voy a poner unas fotos de los plantines que tengo...
