Sorry that this one was a little late in arriving. The following journal is almost finished - you should receive it within the next 4-6 weeks...

That'd be Jack, Larry Black, David Stevens, and everyone who submitted articles - me, I just drag my feet...

Thanks to the IPS providing a forum for feedback - we really should have an interactive page on the SoCal website; regardless, it's helpful for me to find out who didn't receive their journal

So, I wasn't worried when I didn't get mine last week, but if Charles in Portugal got his...I mean, this IS the sticks, but I'm only one county north of Santa Barbara. I even appreciate articles about trachys! How do I check, or who do I email to find out if mine was sent?

Gary,

Even if you aren't totally stoked on Trachycarpus as a whole genus I don't see how you can't be intrigued by some of the more beautiful species like T. princeps (will take your sun and heat no problem by the way), T. wagnerianus, T. latisectus (probably the most tropical looking of the genus), and T. martianus 'kasia hills' form. Plus there's articles on Guahiya! Who doesn't think Guahiha is cool? Gary, give 'em a chance brother! :)

Jon - I sent you a message

the reason I initiated this post wasn't to get a bunch of members blowing sunshine up my skirt but to find out who is and who's not receiving the Journal

I’ve just been sent a copy of this and it’s brilliant! Even though it was published 13 years ago it’s still the best and most comprehensive Trachycarpus write up I’ve come across. The pictures and descriptions are absolutely spot on. It deserves to be published as a book.

Is this still being published? I’m a lifetime member of the Southern CA Palm Society and my journals stopped coming in the mail a long time ago.
