Kathryn,

This is probably another screen resolution problem. What is your resolution? I'm guessing it is very low, or your font sizes, etc. (as we discussed before) are set for larger sizes of everything - not good for a small screen.

I would also suggest (again) to use FireFox instead of IE. (It may save you some virus headaches as well) That way you can easily toggle between sizes for websites offering different resolution formats. Keep in mind, that what you see on your computer is not what others see. Everyone sees something different depending on their set up. For example, on my screen your new Website for Louisiana Palms and Cycads is only a couple of inches wide in the middle of my screen, with wide areas of nothing on either side. On a low resolution screen, it may look OK, but on a higher resolution screen it looks like a thin strip down the center only. Not much room for photos. (Pic below)

Designing a website involves testing your design on all the browsers, and at different resolutions as well. Unless you view it on different browsers and resolutions, you are never sure how many people see it as you intend.

The website looks the same on my screen. I used a template and need to find out how to adjust it. It's definitely a work in progress. I will be able to work on it more now that I have my computer back.
