Sort of the "yin\ yang" effect of low & high pressure systems across the North American continent during winter. Florida & Texas will enjoy much more seasonable temps this week since the flow is zonal ushering mild Pacific air across entire nation. Well-deserved change in this winter's weather! :D

I see a pattern. I assume Kendall is probably one of the warmer spots in the peninsula?

I doubt very much that we are warming up that much. I wouldn't worry about FLA based on that assumption.

Agree, the forecast certainly does not suggest much of a warm-up in California over the next 7 days. With weak storms & low pressure, California will stay on the cool side for a while in my opinion.

Yesterday, after the morning fog burned off, it was the first sunny day I've had. It was the first time this year it felt comfortable sitting outside in a warm corner of my patio. Looks like more of the same today. I need a couple of days of drying out.

Jeff,

I saw the TV footage. Water up to the hub caps in Miami. Enjoy, you may need it this summer. Supposed to be wet here for the next week and we can use all we can get.
