Palmtalk archive

So I recently discovered the Palmtalk archive

http://69.94.66.81/cgi-bin/ptarchive/ikonboard.cgi?

But I can't search because I wasn't a member of the old board, and registration isn't open for obvious reasons. Can the person who runs this board make it so searching the forum is possible to non-members (but not posting obviously) or do I just have to manually sift through everything? Just curious, thanks

Keith

Google can do this. Just type your search terms and then copy/paste this:

site:http://69.94.66.81/cgi-bin/ptarchive/ikonboard.cgi

Or just used Google Advanced Search...

For example, this is what a search for Dypsis would look like:

I was able to log in... Interesting...

Some old memories in there. I was 15 years old when I first joined, just barely 15. I feel like a complete idiot when I posted back then. lol...

I was recently looking for this old forum. Thanks for posting it.

I can log in. Is there anything you would like me to search for you?

No, mats' suggestion worked fine, thanks though!

That old board is now on a "private" server and has been abandoned as far as the ability to update software, post, or do any administration. It's future is limited to none, and it's present state is fragile, depending on how it is accessed and used. Our intention was to keep it from being accessed in order to keep it from crashing while possibly trying to save some parts. However, I am not sure at this point. In other words, don't plan on having access forever.

Thanks to those of you who help make this a fun and friendly forum.
