36F!

Oceanside had a record 42F for yesterday's date, and today it's slightly warmer. It should be back to normal for a while.

I got down to 39.9F at 4:52 this morning. That means my lower property got down to about 35 - 36F. I was hoping for a warm October. Supposed to be back in the mid to high 80's for the rest of the week with low in the 50's.

We are only discussing how cold the palm trees got. No if you use terminology like The Weather Channel which says that although it is 86 degrees here, it "Feels like" 92 degrees, which refers to people and not palm trees , it would have to in the weather forum.

In my post I sometimes express "my" opinion. Warning, it may differ from "your" opinion. If so, please do not feel insulted, just state your own if you wish. Thanks for keeping an eye on things Scott. I don't know what would happen to this forum without your services.

Your welcome Shon.

But just for the record, I politely informed Clark that there was a sub forum for his post.

I DID NOT contact the moderator, or as the co-moderator would put it, TATTLETAIL on anyone!

Also there is a thread in WEATHER/CLIMATE, which has the same info as this thread. :)

I just saw this and was shocked - that cold in SoCal?? .... I haven't been on here for awhile - been soooooo busy packing up the garden.. Coldest so far here in NY has been 49 and that was about a week ago.. been mostly in the mid 70's day and low 50's at night, but by the next couple weeks it'll be 10f below that.. I HATE this time of year.
