Not only thumbnails, but even more impressive is the full size images scale to the size of the viewers computer screen.  Now there is some cool technology.

Oh, and welcome to Palmtalk.

Nice to meet you sapida!

Do we love your pictuers????

Does a bear, you know, in the woods?

We do, and we'd love even more if you'd post more.

And, if you have a garden, anywhere in the world, we all salivate to see it.

P.S.  My French is no good.  Sprechen Sie Deutsch?

Jerome,

Welcome to the IPS Forum! And great photos of an impressive palm! Never having been to the Seychelles, I'm very curious as to the approximate number of Lodoicea in that area? Is the number in hundreds (or less than 100?) or is it in the thousands?

Aloha from the Big Island of Hawaii

Welcome to the forum. With time permitting, please show us some pictures of the beautful islands. I also want to see some double coconuts in habitat.

hello,

i'm not a specialist of endemic palms of Seychelles but soon, i will send photos with latin names (may be it will be wrong)

For this one i'm sure of the specie : Lodoicea maldivica in habitat (May valley, Praslin island)

i think the number is in the thousands.

Jerome,

Thanks for the additional photos! What an amazing place that must be to visit! Unfortunately, from Hawaii it's on the other side of the planet and would take something like two days just to get there! A LONG trip! :(
