Knowledge is Power_By Alexander Dumas.

Now lets go to the topic shall we...All these years whenever i used any E.Mail greetings websights, i have sever spam problems from them on a later stage even my friends complained that their inbox is getting lots of mails that is more on sales & shopping related.

So i had to use outlook & outlook express for sending rich html with backgroung images to make it appear as a greeting card..but we read every day that lots of computers get affect with virus & trojens on system who have installed outlook & outlook express..so i stopped using this facility too..Now how to send images or .gifs in our mails..?

just recently i read an lovely article as to how to send mails with lovely images in it,along with in line text and not as attachments..here is the method.this works fine with

Gmail & yahoo..and those that support Html form of rich text fromating provision.

now lets see how to do this...

1.open your gmail account there go to compose new mail

ensure that rich text editing is enabled,if it is showing plain text..

2.now search for the image or your still that you have placed in any webhosting site like photobucker,flicker...etc

open that image, now with the mouse right click on that image and press_'view image' in it.now a new page will open in the borosower..there all you have to do is place the pointer on that image and do the following_

3.Select the image by pressing Ctrl + A (by doing so the image get highlighted in navy blue colour)

4.Now to copy that image press Ctrl + C (rememeber that this is all being done in that same image page itself)

5.Now go to the Gmail or yahoo e.mail account in the  compose page in your new message just paste the saved image exactly in the place where you want that greetings image or object placed..that can be adjusted by pressing the flashing curser inside that new composed letter..so to paste your image or gifs or smily icons, just press Ctrl + V

your are done.

do a trial to your another account before sending your christmas and new year greetings to very close friends & relatives..

hope this works for you as it did for me... :)

love,

Kris  :)

love conquers all..

How to view E.Mail attachments instantly (in referance to Gmail Email Account) !

Here's a way to view your Gmail attachments without having to download them..

All you have to do is use the HTML Interface in gmail with which you can view any mail irrespective of its file type/format. The HTML view is also faster way to quickely scan your attachments.so lest's see the steps...

1. Open your E.mail that contains the attachment.

2. At the bottom of the message, click on the 'View as HTML' link of the file.

3.To return to the main message window simply close the new browser window or Tab.

4. It is important to remember that the 'View as HTML'feature in Gmail will not display images.

So the files like PDF,DOC,XLS,PPT,RTF,SXW,SXC,SXI,SDW,SDC,SDD and WML are all supported in this above method.

love conquers all..
