That reminds me...I walk by a Livistona, I see a tag...yes!

It reads, "Livistona sp."  :(

It has rigid, deeply segmented leaves. I think decipiens and benthamii. There are no signs of red color on the leaflet or petiole - a sign of a juvenile decipiens. I would go with L. benthamii.
