Torpedo-shaped coconut, orange-ish stem... looks like my Panama Tall the most.

You can see it in the last photo on this post: https://www.palmtalk.org/forum/index.php?/topic/52296-palms-and-others-of-interest/&do=findComment&comment=1036715

I probably won't post any more photos until fall as the garden is under construction in multiple areas right now.

@kinzyjrIs this variety as cold hardy as they say? I remember seeing a very tall coconut palm in my city that was healthy and producing fruit. I believe it was a green 'Panama/Pacific Tall' because it was very healthy and it looked very old. The ones you normally find here are the green/golden malayan dwarfs.

In my mind, the jury is still out.  The coconuts in my area are typically either Green Malayan or Maypan.  There are a few people who know the different varieties and seek out Jamaican Tall, Panama Tall and Golden Malayan.  Out of those, the Golden Malayan is usually the least cold tolerant.

By the way, Do you know what this one could be? It was collected at the beach close to some tall coconut palms so I assume it's a tall variety.

It would be difficult given the age.  Given the petiole, it may turn out to be Golden Malayan Dwarf.

@kinzyjr One last question, is it normal if the coconut hasn't grown? It was in the tropics and now it's in my climate so I think it may be because of that.

They typically grow like weeds when it rains here.  Your area is a bit different than mine in that it is semi-arid vs. humid subtropical here.  If the tropics you got it from were dry tropics, it should have less impact if it is getting enough water.
