I see it is a very hot day out west today June 10, 2022. I found one station referred to as Tamarisk lake/ Desert Center, which recorded a high temperature of 117.8 F. Anyone out there got anything hotter? Death Valley?

The last insane temperature real feel that I could find was in Rio Grande City, Tx. Temperature is 103.8°F/ Dewpoint is 87.3°F/ humidity is 60% and the real feel temperature is 143.9 degrees Fahrenheit! This is for June 11, 2022. Death Valley is hot but South Texas is insane!
