Started a yard thread last year in worldwide palms. Everything I grow is cold hardy lol, more appropriate section :D

***There’s more than just palms here, what you will see is raw garden footage and pics, I’m not going to weed or sweep or hide stuff that’s normally out***

There’s never a perfect time to take a video. This is good enough time as any other. I didn’t watch before I posted, because I for sure would have deleted it and tried to make again. If I inadvertently swore or said something someone doesn’t like I apologize lol.

Cool more of the big Louisiana/minor came up.  You need to put this on youtube because here you have to download it.  The raised bed at beginning is nice.  You do need a greenhouse!  Those dwarf minors are tiny.  My dwarf just grow SUPER slow.

Looks good! You should definitely make a YouTube channel to showcase your plants!

Thanks you sir! Uploading it now, and I’ll repost, thank you for telling me, looks normal on my end. Really need the palm to face emoji on here!

I’ve been debating it for a while, maybe just super low key. Thank you by the way!!

Here’s some before and after pics

This is where the rostrata bed is now. That was the first minor project I started, was a few raised beds out of landscape timbers September 20134B1CFEA8-228F-499C-92BB-12CCBDFC737B.thumb.jpeg.ed6f5a884cf76050defccf55b01d0fb3.jpegIn progress December 201362E8A849-C8F9-4970-BB35-69DA20B530F0.thumb.jpeg.0968be8fe95dcc417dacaa5a7f7c71b8.jpeg05907BAC-EC92-4472-A4D4-B61240F4D09A.thumb.jpeg.cf1173940059e95fd55f8032bd01e27c.jpegThis is a year after starting to plant this bed, you can see the size of the rostratas at that point April 2015B20556EB-0549-4EA4-8DAA-DA3339023B2E.thumb.jpeg.8b9f3cf20ddfc53962bdb8c5248116d6.jpegHere it is now June 2022CF55FF6A-A32B-4A16-9D51-E6F9B4B45F5A.thumb.jpeg.2e91e61e03a8089e46ec6c3689ccf637.jpegI’ve got yearly pics of most of my plants, I did a whole progression of the rostratas above in another thread, but never showed any of these beds like this.

They’re cool from the start imo though :shaka-2:if you can grow a needle do it :D

The wife and I caught the elephant ear bug this year!! We’ve been messing with standard green esculenta for a bunch of years, we’ve got a few more now.
Theo in front of standard esculenta left, and an Aloha right that @Allen was kind enough to give me early spring. E4F4D305-7BBA-4785-B278-ED3CC9850BD5.thumb.jpeg.c0676258936fbdbf1ea5780a2666bc08.jpeg
