Fongus or normal dicoloration HELP!

Hey guys i have a sylvester palm installed over a month ago and i have a couple of spriklers around my yard, the trunk was getting soak almost every day ,now i'm concern that my palm has fongus , it has dicolored from the first week and a couple of black spots and cracks , can someone help me figure this out, here is a couple of pictures .

Hurricanepalms

Normal discoloration.  Nothing to worry about. Once established, these are pretty fast growers.
