That’s a question with not enough info to answer. Simple answer is yes but what are you doing with it? Straight or diluted? Potted palms? What does the instructions say?

I use two tablespoons per gallon on all my seedlings, every irrigation, plus 2 tbsp of  fish emulsion.

Would follow the instructions.. If they say feed 1x every 2-3 ( or 4 ) weeks, go w/ that.  Because the nutritional %' ages in Seaweed are fairly low, at least what i have seen/ products i have used,  it should be a gentle feed for the plants.  I still dilute it down though, mostly because what i'm feeding are valuable seedlings in pots.

If the mix looks like ice tea I think it can be used frequently but if it looks like mud water you might have it mixed to much. I use this on all seedlings and newly planted palms
