caryota no flowers

It's like 6 inches of Caryota snow lol.  I had 2 No's one went done in Irma, this one got a big lean from another storm. While they are amazing palms I would never plant another. This ones been flowering for a while, multiple times.  this is what's on the ground, several inches thick.

Ive always loved the huge caryotas but cannot bring myself to plant one knowing what will happen. The smaller species just dont have the same visual impact :(

I'd like to see the palm also.  :)  When I first read the title I thought your Caryota did not flower... "no" snow in south Florida!
