I also bought a bunch from NatureGirl a bit over a year ago.  You could try messaging Steven.Garland on eBay, he sells at plant sales in the Miami area and I've bought several plants from him online.  Floribunda also has them.

Just saw this…Seeds are usually ripe in August. I also have 2 several yrs old seedlings that are still shippable size. $15/both plus shipping.
