Need to start growing a fair quantity of cold hardy (22F or lower) seeds from these genuses, as well as perhaps some others if you have anything interesting. Looking for quantities of 10-2,000 seeds!

Syagrus, Jubaea, Parajubaea, Ceroxylon, Archaephoenix, Phoenix, dypsis (especially decipiens), beccariophoenix, caryota, also hybrid seeds (syagrus/butia/jubaea/etc)

Yes.. I will even buy a bunch of regular queen seeds! Looking for 'syagrus romanzoffiana var. litoralis' too

Welcome to Palm Talk!

I don't see Butia on your list?  Hybrid seeds rarely come available as the work involved to create them and the demand for plants outweighs the selling of the seed.  Jubaea and queen can often be found in larger quantities on eBay.

Bulk seed can be purchased from Rare Palm Seeds for most of those, just know it can take a long time for delivery and if you don't have the right permits from the USDA it can cause your delivery to be confiscated and destroyed.  I think there a few other seed vendors out there that sell bulk but I've not used any.
