Philly J 122 Report post Posted November 18, 2021 (edited) Grew from seed straight as an arrow. Got the bend over the last four latest newest fronds. The third pic the newest spear has segments that are actually curling in the opposite direction from how every other frond on every other washy I have ever grown. Even though the previous three fronds in time made the palm bend, they at least had their segments fanned out in the correct direction. What the hell is going on? ZPalms 635 Report post Posted November 19, 2021 I usually see people tie rope around the part that's starting to curve to make the palm grow straight again, your washie looks visually healthy for as much as I know maybe the tree is growing towards the direction of light but I don't know the lighting situation or if the washie even care as long as their getting light?
