What is this on my king Palm

Anyone know what this is?

what can I use to spray and get rid of it.  It’s on a nice Triple King Palm,  mostly on the larger of 3 Stams. It’s also getting on leaves.   Is it Mealeybug?

Scale I believe. I get it on my palms. The bigger issue for me is ants. They protect the scale and it becomes a pain to kill the ants fast enough. I use spectracide for the ants. The scale you can spray off with a hose. But I usually don’t do that in the cooler months at my place due to crown rot.
perhaps someone can share their best practice.

I get this too. Lots of ants. I just spray the sh*t out of it with a hose.
