Hey Guys, As a first time grower of Christmas Palms, The Fifth Frond looks deformed, is this normal or natural?

Thanks :D

Have you checked for insects or webbing inside the folds?
If so, wipe the frond with a paper towel soaked in H2O2 and some diluted dish soap.

If no insects no problem. For the past 15 years or so, I’ve germinated various species of Veitchia palm seeds. When they get to the maturity level of those you’ve photographed, they’re pretty tough!

The issue that I <s>had</s> have with seedlings about that size is loving them too much!

Hey! I have been growing Christmas palms for almost 2 years now, and some of my palms did have a similar curl. But what I experienced was that the next set of fronds that came out didn't have it, so I didn't worry too much :)

I think you may have spider mites.  Not sure why the color of the fronds are so pale (lime green) in color..., should be a much richer green in my opinion.
