Someone willing to send Yucca seed to Germany?

Hi all,

as Yucca seeds are not anymore common in Germany I would like to ask if someone is willing to send seeds to me. I'm looking for:

Hesperaloe - yellow flower
Y. brevifolia (each variety)
Y. schidigera
Y. harrimaniae (each variety)
Y. angustissima (dito)
Y. thompsoniana
Y. linearifolia
Y. arkansana
Y. louisianensis
etc. and reliable natural or man made hybrids of Yuccas.

For sure I would pay for your efforts and shipping these seeds to Europe. In general seeds are not a problem for our customs as I received lots of palm seeds from the US.

Please let me now by PM.

Thanks Eckhard

Hi,

I am growing Yucca brevifolia right now from seed in austria. Got the seeds from rarepalmseeds.com

The Brevifolia seeds seem pretty viable since they started germinating after 6 days. You might also find some other seeds on their website. Not sure about the germination rate of others though

Cheers,

Will
