Ficus, but not sure which sp..  F. aurea and F. citrifolia are native and turn up in odd places every so often.. Other non native sp. can sprout in random places too.

Ficus microcarpa is a very common volunteer in South Florida.  Old names are Ficus retusa and F. nitida.  They frequently start as epiphytes.

 

Is that one growing at the top of a wall with an overhang or ceiling directly above it?  If so, I would look for growth above the ceiling and a possible roof leak.
