NorCal growers - free A. cunninghamiana seeds

Ben in Norcal

Recommended Posts

If anyone in NorCal wants A. cunninghamiana seeds, I have several fruiting plants at the minute - both "regular" and "Illawarra" varieties.

At this stage, I'm just cutting them down and throwing them in the green waste.  If you'd like to come by and harvest some, you are welcome to take as many as you like.

Sorry, no shipping - local growers only please!

If anyone takes Ben up on these seeds I would like to have at least three seed of each variety  (enough to ensure I get one plant of each variety).  For years I grew two of the regular ones to 26 feet tall with very large trunks before an extreme "once in 150 year" low temp took them out.  It's warmer here now, as everywhere, so I would like to try again. I could send a return post paid, padded and return addressed envelope and pay for your time.  All you would have to do is drop the seeds in, seal it shut and put it in the mail Thanks, Jeff.

Ben what part of town you in?

I’m on the Penninsula. Would love some of those seeds!

I'm over in the East Bay, Clayton area, right by the Concord Pavilion venue.  Lots ripening over here - welcome to take as many as you like!
