What's this on my Sabal?

Happy Sunday everyone. Took some photos last night of this white stuff on my sabal. It almost looked like webbing for insect eggs but when I scraped some of it off there was nothing inside. This area of the yard sees very very little sun so I'm assuming it's mildew of some kind but thought I'd see if it was something that required attention. Thanks!

Dave

Ps, I've had to reduce the quality of my photos in order for them to post so they may be a tad pixelated if you zoom in

Put some peroxide in a spray bottle & see what happens. Looks like some kind of fungus.

Definitely a fungus of some kind. No idea if its harmful to the palm or not.
