Fungus on minor?

Recommended Posts

I noticed this on my newest minor frond today. My tropical plant experience says fungus but the genetics of minor says maybe physical damage or something? What do you all think?

No scale on it or any other visible pests. Just brown flat/slightly indented spots.

Would dabbing on some hydrogen peroxide and seeing if it bubbles help with a diagnosis?

I can try! I sprayed copper fungicide on it yesterday because I figured it couldn’t hurt but peroxide is a good idea. Thank you!
