Unusual, slow growing and very pretty even as seedling. I have grown these from seed (planted 160928). Normally grows in the Caribbean. Loves sun. Hates too much water or fertilizer. Pot size 7x7x18cm (they do NOT grow faster or better in bigger pot). 

I have 2 for sale, one is 73 cm incl pot, one is 60cm.  I can send them within EU, other than that you have to tell me if it is allowed. A quick check says shipping would be €13 if I ship traceable without soil, €6,50 non-traceable. Give me a bid if you're interested and I'll check exact shipping.
