Is this normal with older leaves and sun or is their something else going on? It's pushing still but I wanna be sure so if this is a problem I can handle it quicker

Not a big deal, just older fronds or shock, etc.

Sabals don't move well once they get rooted in well so keep that in mind.  They'll look ok for a few months and die.   But moving it this small in that short of time you are probably ok.
