I did last month and haven't received an answer. I sent it to his email last time also and he replied not to send it there but to the forum page. Hard to figure out what's the answer?

Got to agree with you, it's a conundrum. But I recommend you never reply with your name/address on the open forum in these times. You can't be sure who or what may be trolling. Be patient a little longer. He told me he would not be sending any seeds until after July 20. I assume he won't be checking in here until then either.
