Help!!! Licuala leaves are turning yellow, what is happening?

Hiiii!!

so this started after I put sulpomag in the soil a few weeks ago. I’ve only given my licuala sulpomag 2x, the first was 1 teaspoon in March and the second was 1 teaspoon in May. After the second teaspoon the palm leaves started turning yellow. I assumed it was fertilizer burn but the weird thing is that despite being watered and it being well over a month since the palm was fertilized, it’s continued to turn yellow.

I’ve attached photographs of the yellowing. Any tips on next steps or what the cause might be? Thank you!!
