I recently picked up a rather large Rhapis excelsa from Offerup (deal of the century at $40) and I'm wondering if anyone here has any guesses as to how old it is?   It has a ton of beautiful slender trunks and the leaves have way more pinnae than any excelsa I've ever seen.   This is the first one I've owned so I was just curious:)  Thanks guys!

It also looks like this might be R. humilis instead of excelsa, what do you guys think?

Just for the sake of comparison, the tallest of my triplets is maybe 15" from the soil to the highest leaflet, and I've had it for a year. My Kentias grow faster lol.

I was thinking Humilis or Multifida too.  I'm not sure how to tell the difference between those, but it's definitely not Excelsa.

As said above, definitely not excelsa, I think it's a multifida myself..

P.S., Love this genus, I have excelsa, multifida and humilis in my collection.
