Help! No leaves, will this Areca palm revive? Cut stems seem to be growing.

Hello,

I had a brutal war with some fungal infection on this palm and screwed up my original potting mix (too much coir, not enough aeration/drainage additives). I read that clustering palms can grow back from just their stems/trunks, but the content was a little confusing. Anyway, I applied some sulfur treatment and a little later hydrogen peroxide to, in a prior state, give it some emergency oxygen and help fight the fungal infection.

To my suprise it started growing again but not faster than the original fronds were dying. I am mostly confident in the new potting mix and that the fungal infection(s) are under control. Assuming this is the case and the roots survive transplant shock in this state, will the stems continue to grow? You can tell the growth is since cutting the stems because you can see where the new growth has emergd from the original cut point (the narrower green stem).

However, while many of stems are slowly growing like this, they have brown tips. I am not sure if this means the end of their growth or not.

Anyway, my question is ASSUMING the conditions are correct and the plant/environment truly is healthy, is it possible for these stems to continue to grow and develop fronds?

(I realize I can just start over, but I like a challenge)
