I know the winters may be getting warmer but...

If you're going to plant palms for the season, you might as well go for broke. Just skip the Sabals entirely.

That's cool. Spirit Lake Iowa did the same thing in the summer time, brought in a bunch of coconuts and other tropicals.

Lived in Cape Coral, Miami, Orlando and St. Petersburg Florida.

This is in Ocean City, MD as you cross the border from Fenwick Island, DE.  It's a resort town where many businesses purchase coconuts and other tropicals as annuals.  An expensive endeavor, but they keep doing it.

There are some trunking trachies peppered around Ocean City and southern Delaware if you know where to look.  They should be more ubiquitous.
