What to do with this Sylvester Palm?

this is my first time owning a Sylvester Palm so I’m not familiar with these at all. I got it on clearance at Lowe’s and decided to give it a shot, it was already looking a little dry and pale when I bought it.
check out the center new growth. Some of it looks pale bluish greenish but crispy and the older growth is more green but is also yellowing on the end of the fronds.

how can this palm be helped?
