..Continuing on, selected non cacti under the sun, and a special Agave. Unlike the last visit, didn't focus so much on the Yucca collection, but found a few flowering atm.

Furcraea.. I think, not sure which.

Agave sebastiana, Cedros Island Agave. Neat find on the first visit.  Quite a sight catching it at peak bloom.  Hopefully it produces a ton of seed.

Very cool inflorescence on this species, it has such an interesting structure clumping like that.  Someday I would like to get down to Cedros Island.

Me too.. And agree. The " more compact " inflo. was the main thing that caught my attention when reading about it. Inflo. on A. shawii has a similar look as well.

  Didn't realize, until researching more, but these supposedly take 15-20 years to flower ( assuming from seed ) Supposedly available from a couple places out there atm. On my list for sure.
