This palm was a volunteer that sprouted in a palm garden in California.  It was sent to me in Oregon for free with a purchase of other seedlings.  I'm trying to figure out what it could be.  Appears to be a fan palm of some sort.  I'd appreciate any opinions of what it might be.

Kinda looks like a Brahea seedling. Maybe take a side picture of it.

Elevation; about 3600 ft.

Is there little teeth on the side of the petioles?

That was my thought at first as well but the strap leaves don't look quite right for that.  I'm leaning Chamerops at the moment.
