This palm is monocarpic, and makes myriad seed only once in its lifetime, then dies.

Cup half full: There are several of them in gardens now, and most will eventually set seed. But it will be a long time :(

They might be here sooner than you think. Fingers crossed , they were sitting for a few months but I just seen 1,000 seed and I’m sure that some will sprout
