2 succulent IDs needed

I have a couple succulents I am trying to track down names for. The first has narrow, green leaves (Crassula? Kleinia?) The 2nd has flat, ovate leaves that are blue green with maroonish edges (Senecio?).

Thanks!

Eric,

Apparently both are Senecio.. ( Thought the first might be a Kleinia as well )

1st is  Senecia barbertonicus, sometimes sold as " Himalaya " in some nurseries.

2nd is Senecio crassissimus

The 1st might be Peperomia ferreyrae or a close relative.

I agree with Nathan on the 2nd ID.

I think it is Peperomia, the flowers are a match. Thanks!
