Need Help Houston Freeze Please!

All-

I am victim of the Houston Freeze.  I currently have Med fans almost perfect condition.  Just to note.

I fertilized my palms and saturated the ground with Clearys 3306 systemati and super thrive.  I sprayed throats with pump sprayer of clearys.  Going to spray copper or hydrogen Peroxide this weekend

I hit every palm with 5gallon of water and super thrive.

Here is what is remaining of Medjools and Sylvesters.  Looks dismal.  I don't plan on removing fronds until I see green.  Do I need to take out the very top?

When I spray with Hyrogen Peroxide can you provide instructions for how much Hydrogen Peroxide per gallon of water.  Some Hydrogen Peroxide is concentrated differently.

Any advice welcome.  Im assuming bottlebrush is toast any recommendations welcome new to this.  thanks
