1st looks to be either a Rebutia or Sulcorebutia species..

2nd may be a Cleistocactus..

Maybe rebutia marsoneri and I am more inclined towards mammillaria sinosissima for the second. What think you?

Could be R. marsoneri. Not sure if Mam. spinosissima is a fit for the other.. Spines are usually reddish on it, shape more oval compared to the short golden colored spines, more columnar shape of the pictured plant. Will know for sure once it flowers, which should be relatively soon if Mam. spinosissima.

Went to the mammillaria society to see what they thought and they seem to agree that it is

Mammillaria spinosissima ssp pilcayensis
