Juvenile H.Belmoreana shipping to Canada?

I know shipping will be expensive.  Looking for the shortest route for the plant so someone in the States is preferred (unless I’m completely wrong and a plant from UK or Australia could get to me just as fast and in same condition). Thanks!

Are there any special requirements to ship a package from California to Canada ?  Would a phytosanitary certificate be needed ?

Yes it is for sure needed and I would need to pay for that certificate.  Also, I don’t know about whether it would have to be bare and no potting medium.  I would hope it could ship in a small 10” one gallon but I don’t know for sure.  Do you have some little small guys?

I have a few small seedlings and I am also planning a palm buying trip to southern California next month.

I don't mind to package a small palm for you but not sure about dealing with a phyto certificate.   :)

Anyone else with experience in how this might be done for a palm ?
