Is this what I think it is?

Hey everyone! I’m here in South Bay of Los Angeles for a while. I was driving around in Manhattan Beach and a familiar looking frond peeking over a fence caught my eye..I couldn’t get a great picture so I decided to take the dogs on a walk for a reconnaissance mission.

Looks like a coconut to me...and also reasonable considering it doesn’t look “great”. What do you all think?3FB76E83-DAA5-44DE-910B-AAB20E2DAD18.thumb.jpeg.4992b4b6660eea4ecce918e3a87326f8.jpeg8593CBA9-3E92-4386-BA1C-8E318190A479.thumb.jpeg.c87e1689fe4f52d7dc778de34971350d.jpeg

Thanks guys. Can you tell I’m new to the west coast? I’ve never seen a Kentia with a thick trunk...and really Kentia in general, until now :)
